The avid reader of Louder Than War may know Ryan Walker’s writing. His reviews are not the bog standard, cliche ridden fare we’re all used to reading – especially in these times of paid-for-blog-reviews. Ryan jams with the record, works in collaboraton with it, and in doing so his reviews read like an extension of the music. The piece is a long read, but worth it because he gets to the core of the album.
